Diplômé de Sciences Po Paris, de l’INALCO (Paris) en Swahili, Arabe et Kazakh, Jamil Benabdallah a été maître de conférence en relations internationales à l’Institut de Diplomatie et d’Economie Mondiale de Tachkent. Il est spécialiste des pays émergents, de l’Asie Centrale et du monde arabe. Il dirige actuellement une société de consulting en Roumanie

Graduated of Paris Institute for Political Studies and of the Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations  in Swahili, Arab and Kazakh. Jamil Benabdallah leads a consulting firm in Romania and focused his research on emerging countries and Central Asia area.
